Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of STRATLOG, operated by an individual sole trader based in Sweden ("we," "us," "STRATLOG"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Not financial advice. STRATLOG is a data-logging and analytics tool. It does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, does not execute trades, and does not hold or manage funds. Any trading decisions you make, based on data logged or analyzed in STRATLOG or otherwise, are entirely your own responsibility. Past performance of any strategy or pattern — including statistics generated within STRATLOG — is not indicative of future results.

1. What STRATLOG is

STRATLOG helps traders manually log historical trade conditions and analyze the resulting statistics — win rates, pattern occurrences, and similar metrics — based entirely on data you enter yourself. We do not verify the accuracy of the data you log, and the resulting statistics are only as reliable as your own input.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use STRATLOG.
One person or entity per account — don't share your login with others.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Free plan: limited to a small number of active backtest sheets, saved sheets, and saved patterns.
Pro plan: a paid monthly subscription, currently $14/month, billed automatically until cancelled. Pricing may change with notice.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms for the payment itself.
You can cancel anytime through the "Manage Subscription" option in the app, which takes you to Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds for unused time within a period.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Pro plan's features with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use STRATLOG for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service (including any form of automated abuse or attack)
Resell or redistribute the service without our permission
Reverse-engineer the application beyond what's permitted by law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the backtest data you enter into STRATLOG. By using the service, you grant us the limited right to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you (syncing it across your devices, displaying your statistics, etc.). See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

6. Intellectual property

The STRATLOG application, branding, and underlying code are our property. These terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

STRATLOG is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will never be lost — though we take reasonable steps to prevent that. You're responsible for keeping your own backups of critical data if that matters to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STRATLOG and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including, without limitation, any trading losses resulting from decisions informed by data or statistics generated in the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can stop using STRATLOG and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you first except in cases of serious or repeated violations.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country of residence provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above, and where practical, notify active subscribers by email.
